Daniel Powter是個頗厲害的傢伙，他非常懂得掌握流行歌曲，
初次聽到〝Bad Day〞這首歌，可能會有俗爛的反應出現，
畢竟一些假音的出現，起承轉合拿捏的恰到好處，
再加上激勵人心的歌詞，大體上就是一般人俗稱的芭樂歌。
不過在聽久之後，卻意外感受到耐聽，DP歌詞所敘述的竟是如此平易近人。
加上這支MV拍的實在太可愛了，沒看過的人一定要看一下。
來自於加拿大西南部的Daniel Powter，從小接觸的音樂是古典樂，
而後漸漸受到搖滾和靈魂音樂的啟發，可知專輯內鋼琴的運用是貫穿整張大碟。
DP的首張同名專輯基本上跟KT類似，敘述的是一般人日常生活，
展現的是屬於樂觀積極的一面，於是聽起來便是令人愉快，
加上如描述一夜情的〝Free Loop〞、〝Jimmy Gets High〞等無比流行、朗朗上口的曲調，
不得不佩服DP的厲害。
開場曲Song 6可能是專輯內最棒的歌曲，編曲豐富，甜而不膩，歌詞打動人心，
DP的才華展露無遺。Daniel Powter同名專輯也是能令人滿意。
